When you complete and submit our Contact Form you have to provide the following mandatory information: first and last name, email address, subject of your query, and your question and/or comments.

When you request a trial PixInsight software license you are asked to provide your first and last name, email address, street address, city address, state/province (U.S. and Canada only), country, and ZIP/postal code.

When you purchase a commercial PixInsight license you have to provide your correct primary address, email address, valid credit card and contact information. Currently we implement an online payment system based on PayPal. Pleiades Astrophoto S.L. may entrust other third parties to operate all or part of our online payment system in the future without further notice to you, subject to a written agreement that includes provisions relating to data processing.

When you register as a member of PixInsight Forum, you must provide a valid email address and a unique user name.

Specific Purposes to Use Your Personal Information

Your personal information is necessary to identify you as a licensed user of our software products. In addition, we use your personal information to send you:

  • Information about our software products.
  • Notifications about new software versions.
  • Notifications about new learning material and resources.
