What do you get if you type that URL ("https://www.ideviceapps.de/PixInsight/Utilities/") into your browser? Make sure you have the spelling exactly right (including the "/" at the end).

The site is up, so it's most likely a local issue or something to do with how your ISP routes things. Can you access the domain in your browser?

Why does the ideviceapps URL look like that? That's not a valid URL, and I don't know any reason it would display that way.

It looks as though the URL in you "manage repositories" is wrong.

I think only you can find that out by checking under Scripts and see whether there is a section called Toolbox.

I sometimes get a similar issue....disconnecting from my VPN usually fixes it...if you don't have one...forget I said anything.
