I want to buy Pixinsight with a SEPA payment but no one is responding.

Credit card payment doesn't work for me. I want to make a SEPA bank transfer in euros but I have received zero replies to my emails and direct messages. In the FAQ it is stated that the bank transfer is an option by the way.

I have never in my life encountered a business where I told them "give me your bank account details I want to send you money" and got zero response...
 
this is kind of a mom and pop operation. i think juan was out of the office until the other day so no one was around to see your request.

I've sent the DM on 2nd of July. The e-mail was before that. It has been a while.
 
Juan has contacted me probably after seeing this topic and now I own a commercial license (y)
